Cleaner #1

I wrote previously that I would report on my experience with different all-natural cleaning products.

The first and easiest one I tried was vinegar and water. I know this is a no brainer for cleaning. I washed down my woodwork and upper cabinets with it. It worked very well even though there were times I had to use some muscle to get some of the grime. I should have used some thieves essential oil but didn't take the time on this occasion.

I also used baking soda in my garbage disposal to freshen it up. With my extra citrus peels I put them in the disposal for a lovely smell.

I have orange peels soaking in some vinegar. This is my favorite cleaner for my bathroom counters. They make them sparkle. I also have lemon balm soaking to make a cleaner out of it. I need more hours in the day to prepare and try all of them.

I haven't forgotten about hosting an essential oil make and take class this fall. After my son's wedding August 27, I will set a date.

Don't forget we are open on Friday and Saturday 10-3. Molly has been working the weekend but will be leaving for college soon. Lauren will be in on the weekends after that. Stop in and say hi. For every purchase on Friday or Saturday you will receive a free gift.

If the next couple of months go as fast as the last ones, it will be Christmas before you know it!

Save the date Friday, November 18th. That will be our 3rd annual Vendor health show. We have quite a few new vendors and plan on using some empty rooms upstairs to display more.

Blessings!
