Construction

With summer here construction of the roads is in full swing. Usually I don't mind the inconvenience of a one lane or detour. But... I am loosing patience at the construction in front of our parking lot.
Thank you to those that have winded their way around to get into our store. Some days it isn't easy. This morning we also had part of the road closed to get into our alley. So, what is a person to do?
Diffuse! Either with a stress relief or peace essential oil. Immediately I turned on my new car diffuser and within a few minutes I settled down.
I used to use a pad car diffuser which worked well, but there is something about the mist coming out of a diffuser. The box calls it a car humidifier, but with essential oil added you get the extra benefit. I always carry essential oil in my car with some bottled water.
The diffuser will last about 4 hours and just needs cleaned with alcohol. We have a few left in stock. Can you tell I love my car diffuser?
For anyone who is already using Young Living Essential Oils there is a class at Salt Tree Yoga. Kate Brown will be giving advice on how to switch to a healthy natural product and ditch the chemical laden ones. This will be held July 19 at 5:30 pm. The cost is $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Look for the event on Salt Tree Yoga's facebook page.
Construction got you down? Remember to diffuse!
