Top Five Essential Oils

I was looking at last years essential oil inventory to see what were the top oils purchased. I wasn't too surprised at the result.

5. Thieves- This powerful essential oil was our 5th best seller. No surprise as it helps defend and protect. This was a big seller during the cold season last year. It has clove, cinnamon bark, rosemary, lemon and eucalyptus in it, so no wonder it's so sought after.

4. Stress Away- This oil has the ability to reduce mental rigidity. We put this on patient's bibs in the dental office when they are nervous. It helps calm them so they can get through their procedure. It contains copaiba, lime cedarwood, vanilla, ocotea and lavender.

3. Lemon- The fresh scent of lemon, there's nothing like it. I sent an email awhile ago on this great oil. It goes from an instant pick-me-up to a great cleaning product.

2. Peppermint- Another wonderful oil for the cold season. It can clear out those sinuses. It is uplifting and energizing.

and drum roll please...

1. Lavender- Not a surprise here, as this is a versatile oil that has a huge list of benefits. It is my suggested oil to mother's with young ones. It not only is used to cleanse and sooth it has balancing properties that can calm the mind and body.

What a great top 5 list. If you are new to oils and not sure what to buy, this can be a great starter list. Start diffusing and go on from there. The list is endless on oils and their benefits.
